I'm using Thomson/Alcatel Speedtouch 570 v4.2, i also have dcc problems. What is Inside ip and Outside ip? If i want to forward a port, which ip do i enter, the Gateway Ip, Computer Ip or Static Ip? And enterthem in the Inside ip or Outside ip or both?

you can get a description on port forwarding for Alcatel/Thompson here web page
for your info when connected with mIRC if you type these in the Status window
/localinfo -u returns your external IP (or as you put it ..outside)
/localinfo -h returns your internal IP( or as you put it..inside)
