Can anyone help, please I am getting this message every time I hit connect. Does anyone no what it means?

Best guess is that you tried to make too many connections too fast and the server decided to block you from joining or the number of connections for you/them is being limited (throttled) at some point.

Using your favorite search engine to find the website for the network you are getting this on to see what info they can give you would be a good starting place.

In addition to Parabrats answer a z:line is an IP ban that acts like a firewall rather than an autokill. Once applied your attempts to connect won't even get recognised by the server.
