Please help guys / girls
I have tried every thing i have a wireless broadband connection i dont have fire wall active in xp i have checked i have got dcc send ticked i think all the ports are right 113 and 1024 . I am not sure what else to do i have a alcatell speed tpuch 570 router and all the movies and music in the world to share and no way to get it out heheh

You more than likely wont recieve help here, since its pretty obvious your attempting to share movies/files, which 99% of the time is illegal, and also mIRC isnt deemed to be a 'file sharing application'.
