My dcc sends are usually about 10k/s, and now are suddenly down to .5k/s to everyone...however I can ftp to the same person and have normal send speeds. I am on a dsl connection with a linksys router running windows XP.

I have tried fastsend and pumpdcc, but neither made any difference.

Look in file, options, dcc, fserve, max cps

If you've recently upgraded mirc it has probably reset the value.
