Well I added the wrong email.add to Q
and I need to now how i can change it
As U now i got now Pass or enything so
what do I do ??

You can't change your email with Q without your password.

/msg Q EMAIL <password> <user@host.com>

wouldnt hurt to check their website to see if there is anything that can be easily done to help you.
