i used to be able to log onto mIRC servers all the time. however, for like the last 2-3 months, i have not been able to log on. it kind of happend all of a sudden, just didnt let me get onto any servers. it says this every time

* Connecting to irc.dal.net (6663)
* Unable to connect (Can't assign requested address)
* Connect retry #1 irc.dal.net (6662)
* Unable to connect (Can't assign requested address)
* Connect retry #2 irc.dal.net (6664)
* Unable to connect (Can't assign requested address)
* Connect retry #3 irc.dal.net (6666)

it just keeps going until i stop trying to connect. can anyone help me out??

also its not just irc.dal.net...its with any server i try to connect on
