Guys, PLEASE HELP ME!
I've got a Netgear RP114 router/firewall and I want to be able to DCC Send on Dalnet

Go to the routers config screen 15 to configure that. This page and this one might be able to help get you started.

you will need to forward some ports on your router and put those ports in mIRC's options under dcc/options where you see the default of 1024-5000.
