When i Try to install mIRC it freezes after it gets to 100 precent. I have tried it with versions 603, and 591 and they both end up freezing when it says extacting urls.ini well i would appreciat it if you helped thanks:)

This has been discussed at length before... a search for "urls.ini" should help you out.
