I am trying to copy text from within a channel window and paste it into notepad or another program and can't figure out how to do it.

Does anyone know what I need to do to be able to select the text? I can highlight it momentarily, but when I let go of the mouse button, it un-selects. Pressing the Ctrl button doesn't seem to help....

Mirc auto-copies text apon selection. Just select, let go, and paste. If you hold ctrl while selecting, the color codes are also selected.

Try holding Alt while u select the text. It may again disappear as soon as u let go but I find it still copies till the clipboard.

Holding alt is uneccisary, mirc auto-copites to the clipboard apon release of your select (as long as the selection is longer than 1 charater).
