I get the file i want but i can't open it on my computer. I have windows 10. What do i open it with? They just opened on my old computer. HELP!!!!

It depends on what the file is. Open up the file location and try double clicking it. If you don't have the proper program associated with the file, then it won't work. Not an issue with mIRC really.
