The voice used with the Speech engine found under Sounds->Speech. I can't find any documentation to change the voice outside of adjusting pitch in the options. The other options I see include Microsoft Agent that I am not really interested in using. I don't want an animated character however I would like to use a different voice for this. Is there a way?

im wondering about same thing. Is it possible to handpick diffrent default Windows 10 voice in mIrc?

Looking for exactly the same thing - I'd like to use Windows 10 "George", but can't see a way to do so.
