Because i am newbie at the world of mirc ... can anyone explain me what is a sock box or box which start with a @ like that

mIRC has a /window command which lets you or scripts open custom windows for various purposes, try /window @asdf, and see /help Custom Windows.

In this case, apparently such a window was used by some socks proxy scanning script - but that's rather unrelated to mIRC itself.
