i'ved format my computer, than re register my account valid "life time" for using mIrc than not able to connect... help please!

Your username, depending on your settings is the first part of your email address (Alt-O > Connect) or your identd username (Alt-O > Connect > Identd). Make sure it's not something odd. Some networks consider unusual names to be spammers and won't let you connect. Pick something that doesn't look like random characters and you should have no problem connecting.
Just don't know why??? Now it's connecting!
