Hello guys. I started using Mirc a year ago and i wanna know nearly everything about it. Yesterday i created a channel and registered it. So i wanna know about how to configure/make up the ranks in it.

/cs access #mychannel add mynick #number

How to give @ or +(voice) to someone... All i need to know atm is how to configure the ranks (1,5,1000 etc). Thanks in advance.
