I get files from many users ..

I get the same file from all of them "tost.rar"
But when I get the file it overwrites each other ..
Now I saw that there I can only accept files in different folders according to .* extensions ..
But this file is called in the same thing and it has the same extension "tost.rar"

Is it possible to redirect (by script or something) the matching files and folders by Nick? that the user john will aoutomatically will be directed to the folder john, etc... ?

if so.. how can I do it?

At "Options" > "DCC" > "Folders" > select type "default" (or a custom extension rule you added before) and click on "Edit". Below "Into this folder..." you have a checkbox for "Sort files by nickname into own folders"
