Used to be able to do this.... but since fomatting the HD, won't work.

When I am using Firefox, and find a link that I want to open in MIrc, how do I do this.

I want to click on the link, have Mirc open, then have it connect to the server, channel and do the /msg <bot> xddc.... that the link calls out.

Any and all help would be appreciated.

Install mIRC using its installer (not in portable mode) and it should create the registry entry that tells your browser what to do with irc:// links.

OK... I'll go uninstall it and try again....

I'll let you know what happens!
