this will only work if the winrar.exe is installed, is there any other way to do it?

I think he wants some comprehensive zip support from within mIRC.

In that case, the answer is no.

Use an external program. A program like 7zip is free, and you can (probably, check the LICENSE) bundle it with your script (since it doesn't need to be "installed", just present).

i am thinking about any dll that will make this, or any Windows command that will unrar a .rar file into a folder, or something like an .bat commands i have no idea about them and asking to take ideas. i have found this dll but it doesn't work on winrar archives 3.x as the readme.txt has reported.

i found this http://www.rarlab.com/rar/unrarw32.exe that help me, problem solved
