After 12 yrs HS finally became avaiable in my area, but now I cannot dcc send to anyone. I opened the ports on my router which is a ZyXel 660. I can send files to myself, but not to anyone else.

I am using avast and windows firewall, and have tried with them on and off. Using Vista.
