Hello I get the followind blue screen error

DRIVER_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL ... dumping physical memory...

ONLY when I start mIRC AND do a DCC TRANSFER. This has only happened on WINXP it did not happen on WIN98.

Any help would be appreciated.
