When I change my nick to, for example Username|AFK, chanserv de-ops me.

I'm the owner of the channel and wondering how do I stop chanserv de-opping me when I change my nick or set away?

Either chanserv has your op set to your nick, so when you change your nick you lose it. Or it doesn't allow op's to keep a hammer when they go away.

Talk to the person in charge of the room or chanserv.

Is there an op password you can use to make yourself op?

Yeah, I know the password to get my status back but it's annoying having to do /msg NickServ IDENTIFY password whenever I'm away lol.
