Since yesterday everytime I try to connect I get this====

Someone please help me.
It seems they are refusing connections to everyone.
I tried from 3 separate internet access points, and I had 6 other people try, for a total of roughly 15 different possible IP address points, and all got the same results.
Like RusselB I tried from several ip's and locations and cannot connect, I also tried via the IP and still failed. I dont know if this has anything to do with the situation, but their website is just a parked domain page.
Looks like someone either forgot to pay the bill .. or someone decided not to continue with the site anymore (check the Domain Name expiry date below):
