Everything loads great and I can connect to the server & channel, but how do I get voiced? I can send and receive files, but I don't have the + in front of my nick. I've poured over the instruction book, but can't seem to find the answer. Any help is appreciated.

Someone that have op in the channel need to give you voice. So you need to talk to them.

You would need access to that channel. Depending on how their GiveVoice is how much access level you will need to get voiced
