How can i tell mIRC to save settings in program directory instead of seperate user directories.

As long as it takes you to spot the Search link at the top of the forum. This question has been asked, and answered, several times before.

Either place a file named mirc.ini in the same directory as mirc.exe, or use the command line switches (see /help Command Line).
