Okay, so incidentally my friend was banned for good from IRC about a month ago, and we were messing around and I let him go on with my account, and he changed my name to his, and I'm guessing there's an auto ban on all accounts that even use the name, so my account's now banned. I realize it was pretty stupid to allow him to do that, but I wasn't thinking at the time..

I've tried to wipe out and reinstall mIRC completely, but I'm still banned.. I actually had my IP address changed today by Comcast, so maybe that would have something to do with it? Meh, I dunno. Any help?

Contact the network from which you were banned (check it's website), you can't be banned from all of IRC.
