Hi,

When I install the older or the latest version of mIRC, it won't startup.

It says somethine like, you don't have access to this file.

I already checked my options on ''accounts'', but I have full control of all, so that can't be the point.

Anyone can help me out with this?

He doesn't even install the .exe file

What OS do you have? Also, are you logged in as administrator?
