ill will register my channel by doing this:/msg chanserv register (channel)(password) (description). I get this message from -Chanserv-: -ChanServ- You must have security override (helping mode) on to use this command.

How do i get around this!?!?!?!

Every network has its own rules and procedures for doing things. mIRC is one software client used to connect to the various networks so you can IRC (internet relay chat), but has nothing to do with how the networks run... we cant possibly know each and every network's policies. As with your last post, you need to use your fav browser/search engine and find the website for the network you are on or ask in one of their help channels.
