First i want to point out thats not an alias, that more looks like a popup, and to make it work, use this in your popups. I added it to my channel popups and worked as it should:

That goes to your popup.. ALT + P .. Place it in the channel popup or nicklist popup, thats up to you.

I found the problem. It was my mistake, a test aliases was in first place with an error. It can be place in popups or an mrc but the way it is written here will work as an aliases. By typing /roll2 it plays.
