I have seen different people in chatrooms on mIRC who are literally always logged in. Is there a script for this or some type of program?

Many people using a bouncer to keep them self online 24/7, a bnc is a program running on a linux server "mostley", and then the user connect to that by use /server host.to.bnc port , the bnc can be found free on some www pages, dosent know of any tho, but i can guess you can search the net for "free bouncer" or something like it.
