I want to make Mirc flash on every event. Specifically when someone msg's me it wont flash automatically. I have to wait until someone does, then right click their name and then check flashing. then it works. How can I setup Mirc so that I dont have to do that?

Options .. IRC .. Options ... Flash on query message

Thanks Alot. It was a pain because we're suppose to use it at work. I couldnt see when people messaged me.
