If your office is blocking you from using mIRC (or any program) then they must have a reason (probably because you should be working, not chatting online). mIRC requires Windows, although some people have said that it works well on Linux when used in conjunction with Wine.
Keygen and Crack programs are used to make other programs think that they are registered, which would breach the end users licence agreement, since you continue to use mIRC (or whatever program) as a registered program without paying for it.

I don't think anyone on this forum will assist you with your request, and I thought there was a sticky regarding requests like this, however, I was unable to locate it previous to this posting.

Talk to your IT people and tell them what you want. It's up to them, not up to what you can do.
