i did try /ignore -n *

but i wanna ignore channel-notice message only.

using 6.16 ver now

mIRC has no way of determining (that I've been able to find) if a notice is sent to your nick or to a channel.

on ^*:NOTICE:*:#:/halt

RusselB slaps himself in the forehead for not thinking of that.
