im kinda new to irc. from what i have read i need to register my nick name to acess certain channels. so from what ive read so far i need to type /msg nickserv register PW EMail. it says that there is no suck nick. i also read to put /nickserv register PW EMail. It says "The NickServ service is currently unavailable.". I am doing something wrong? or is there just a problem with the nickserv?

NickServ is dead, or never existed on that network. Contact the network staff (IRCop) or read the MOTD (/motd).
