I have been using mirc with out any problems for a long time now but a very odd thing happend last night.

I logged on as usual but as fast as i was typing the words words were being deleted before i even got chance to post to main channel or in some occasions join the channel.

i have cheaked to see if delete button is somehow jammed and it isnt, i have also tried restarting computer un-installing mirc and then reinstalling newest version but again it has not swolved the problem.

I have no idea hwat is causing this or how to solve it.

the onyl other thing that may have been related is that I had to replace the batteries in the wireless keyboard, but i dont think its that as everything else is working fine its onyl mirc with a problem.

so any ideas suggestions?

type /remotes off

and see if the problem is related to a script or not.

If the problem goes away, then it's a script problem.

Else I really can't tell.
