Well i managed to ask for a file with the command /msg...etc.
seems like someone is sending me the file but i always receive this message: Dcc Send from [EWG]-010 rejected (name-of- the-file, file type ignored)
Can someone please help me?

Go to Options->DCC->folders then add the specific file type (e.g. *.doc) where it says 'DCC Ignore' and 'Add'
