What specifically do you mean by full name?

nick!ident@host.com?

Or just:

nick!*@*?

/help /ignore

Just use /ignore followed by what you want to ignore. Use all 3 parts when ignoring (nick, ident, host)... you can replace any of those with * if you want it to match anything.
