I already registered, I got on and when I shut down it keeps saying must register register. channel only allows registered nicknames only. please help

Such modes usually require you to be identified to your registered nickname too. This is usually (if its NickServ) /nickserv identify your-password. However, you may need to contact your network's #help channel for further information.
