Well. I've never really used IRC before, but I'd like to learn. I'm somewhat familiar with the old dos system and was told this is similar. I'm trying to figure out how to explore people's files and how to download. What commands do I need to know in order to do that?

I could greatly use some info regarding IRC commands.
