Someone pls. help - my Computer crashed twice yesterday due to an electricity shortage and now the xdcc klipper does not open anymore. It used to open automatically when I joined a Channel. I already installed it again but that doesn´t help.

I'm afraid XDCC clipper isn't part of mIRC, so you're going to have to ask whoever makes that. It's also against this forum's policy to help with illegal file sharing.
