a weird thing is happening, just started, my dcc send's went from (regularly) about 40-50KBps (cable roadrunner in cali), now their down to 8KBps cap, goes to 4 for 2 sends, and so on. wats wrong with this?

Packet Size - 4096

i talked to my isp, they say no ports r capped or blocked on my connection is it a computer or mIRC issue?

If i had to guess I would say your ISP is lieing to ya.
