I hope this has not been answered. I read everything I could before I posted so here goes. I am running Win2k, using a dialup connection(just built a house, no other service yet). I'm not running a firewall or anything like that..very basic stuff(recently dumped and reformatted). I can dcc chat both send and receive also I can receive dcc files but cannot send. I have tried with various users and same result. They accept the file, nothing happens and then I time out. I am not sending any illegal files of anykind. I have tried everything I can think of and still no luck. Any help with this problem would be appreciated.

all of the problems I've seen/heard of DCC Sending dealt with routers/firewalls/etc.

But you say you can DCC CHAT with users fine? If so, that's odd, because theoretically, if DCC Chat works, DCC Send should.
