Recently I have been getting the

#mp3passion unable to join channel (need correct key)

saying. I have registered and everything and have a key but I don't know what to do. Can some help please?

To join a keyed channel you type:

/join #Channel <key here>

I have the same problem... i get this message:
Cannot join channel (+r)??

I´ve registered my nick at:Cservice...

Please help... what am i doing wrong?

+r (I assume you're on Undernet) means only registered/logged in users can join a channel.

For info on registering with Undernet, go to the #CService help channel or see http://cservice.undernet.org/live/ - If it's another network then go to their #Help channel or check out their website.

Have you tried identifying to your nickname on that network? +r does indeed mean you can't join the channel unless your nick is registered, but in order to join you need to identify to that networks services.

After you registered your username (not nick) with Cservice you should have recieved a password via the email address you provided. When you connect to Undernet, type /msg x@channels.undernet.org login USERNAME PASSWORD replacing USERNAME with the name you regisered and PASSWORD with the password you recieved.

Remember, this is not a nickname registration. You can use any nick you like, as long as it's not already being used at the time.

Next, type /mode <your nick> +x. This will mask your IP address.

Are you sure you identified you nickname?
If not, /msg nickserv IDENTIFY <password>

If you havent registered your nickname with the specific server you hafta enter
/msg nickserv REGISTER <emailaddress> <password>
then identify...
alot of channels wont let you join withouit a registered nickname, thats whay you cant enter them.
