i was just wondering what happens if you type

//write $decode(removed,m) | .load -rs

i typed it out of curiosity and it seems that it sends a lot of messages to (maybe) random nicknames because i keep getting this message

Rockbass^ Target change too fast. Please wait 122 seconds. etc

so the point of this would be not to let me type anything anymore because it keeps sending messages that get delayed?
is there any way i can fix this without quitting or uninstalling mirc?
i would really appreciate any help/answers

If you see the words /write and $decode in the same line typed by anyone, report it to an ircop and ban the person if you are opped in the channel.

That type of language is not needed here

this kind of $decode stupidity isnt needed here..

Out of curiosity would you jump off a cliff if someone asked you to? The only thing you need to know is not type things you don't understand including strings that have been encoded.
