I just want to thank everyone for the help with my question regarding how to uninstall Mirc.
Everyone was right, I was hacked and had a GTbot virus, as well as an IRC trojan virus.
I was told how to get rid of these viruses and did it last night.
It was some kind of a "mimic" Mirc. The hacker used a program called "Network Crack Wizard 99." I did find a file which contained the name of the hacker and everything they did to my computer.

and Jayne, be aware that if you have the ip/mask of the person, you can always report abuse. Most isps have an email addy to do this, like abuse @theirname, and many networks have emails set up to report abuse. The person themselves may not be aware of what they are doing, since infected ppl can spread the infection to others. While we are each responsible for what we download and run, what urls we click on, the only way to stop the spread is to make infected users aware of what they are doing and get their puter clean.
