Please Help. Trouble getting on Addictz server. - 30/09/04 05:08 AM

I was banned from the addictz server a little over a week now. I was idle in #datavault over night and when I woke up it said I was banned. I have no clue who banned me or why I was banned. If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
Here is what it says when I try to get on the server....

I have looked over that thread and found nothing that helped. I can't find any ops or anyone to talk to about it. I looked on the servers website and also found nothing.

That thread explains that bans from servers are specific to networks - they have nothing to do with mIRC. If you connected with another IRC client, you'd still be banned. The ban may not be aimed at you, but rather your ISP because of another abusive person who insisted on ban evading.

The only reason given for being banned is 'lame', so if you've irritated anyone or acted lame (e.g. flooding, repeating, stalking) for whatever reason, then that may be why. Otherwise, it'd probably be the former theory.

If the network doesn't provide a decent website for people to find information on, we can't really either. It's their ban and only they can remove it.

G'luck.
