I'm using 6.16. I just noticed that when someone pm's me using the /msg <nick> <message> command, that the messages are forwarded to a query window instead of showing up in the channel window. I searched through the options but couldn't find anything to change it. Am I missing something?

If you check "Queries" in mIRC Options -> IRC -> "Show in active:" all private messages will appear in the active window rather than in thier own window.

No, I don't want queries to show up in the active window. Only msg's.

/msg <nick> <message> is a query. A private message and a query are the same thing.
