I seriously need someones help. It seems that whenever I am downloading a file from someone I get kicked off within 15 min. I get a message error saying that I got kicked off due to a "software" problem. also, on my broadband modem when I am kicked off it looks like someone unplugged the power connection, then all the lights go on one by one. I have tried reinstalling mIRC a few times thinking that something might be wrong but it still happens and I am begining to go CRAZY!!!! Can anyone help me and tell me if it sounds like its mIRC that is giving me the problem or if I need to call up the customer service guyz! ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRICIATED!!!!
