I'm new here but have used Mirc before way back in the early 90's. I used to live in Southwest Virginia, and would connect to a local mirc server, something .mounet. I was just wondering if there was some way to find the local servers? Any help would be appreciated.

first, the first public release of mIRC was in 1995 ..

but at any rate.

not every city has local irc servers

for an updated server list of the main servers that have been entered into mIRC download the newest servers.ini file from mirc.com here


although obviously this list does not include every server in existance ...
perhaps your city has a webpage .. and perhaps if they do have an irc server the information is on it? ... beyond that i'm not sure what to tell ya.
