I got a problem, I cant recieve PMs(queries) on two clients that is on the same computer, no bnc or something, both got scripts yes but no the same scripts, and they both worked yesterday but not now.

One is 6.14 and the other is 6.12

I got noone on ignore list and no silence on either on any of them, someone had this problem and got it fixed?

Use /remote off to disable the script, just to make 100% sure it's not that.

If you're sure you have nobody in your ignore list or silence lists (use /ignore -r to make sure the ignore list is clear), and you have switched off remotes, check if the Lock feature is preventing it:

ALT+O > General > Lock

Make sure "Private chats" is not checked.

If that is not checked, perhaps there is some sort of network mode which is set on you. Ask in the network's #Help channel and check if there are modes which might prevent people PMing you.
