i hope that this is somthing that he just forgot to update, and say

Whats the point of this post?

I think the point of his post was to say, "I hope Khaled isn't about to quit developing mIRC. His comments in the help file indicate that he might be. What do you think?". And maybe he hoped that even Khaled himself would reply. Who knows.

Oh ok, well Ive seen that there for a good awhile now.
I wouldn't take it literally.
