i can not log onto irc.rizon.net its telling me connection refused. why?
is anyone else having this problem??

If you were banned from the server, it would have said so in the msg you saw. Connection refused could be as simple as the server is full.

Now, since you seem to expect an answer within a brief time frame, mite i suggest you use the search feature here, set it to All Forums and expand the date range with perhaps the word connection or refused as search term. Many questions have been answered repeatedly, in this case there are threads at the top of the connection area going into connection errors.

Usually if the server is full you'd get a message too, though its a possibility. It could just be that the DNS was down for the network, try again in a bit.

Failing that, it could be the server you were connecting to is down. Hopefully not permenantly.
